At Paradise Customized, every item is carefully made-to-order with your chosen pattern and product. Because our pieces are uniquely created just for you, we do not offer general refunds for change of mind. However, your happiness with your purchase is very important to us.

Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form].

To process a return or exchange, you will need to provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because every order is custom manufactured per request, we cannot accept returns due to sizing, fit, or personal preference. Please check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Refunds or credits are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
