Collection: Lichen Logs

Tree trunks and branches bearing these spots, dots, circles of lichen caught my eye one day walking through the forest around our house. Most people would never look at these circular patches and not recognize them as intriguing, interesting or worthy of our attention. Not me! I immediately thought of how these spots look like polka dots! Then the graceful curves of the branches made me want to include them in the design. An additional inspiration came when I realized these branches were woven by weather, time, wind, whatever into these interesting intersections of lichen-covered branches. Just gorgeous. So the result you see here is a bit nature-walk, a bit Western theme, and a whole bunch of great patterns for you to take home.  I am merely a Vehicle to bring the beauty of Lichen Logs into your home, your closet, your heart and mind.
